Default NNBS, SS3200 and towing

I have a NNBS pickup, I had the trans rebuilt, I installed a Yank SS3200.
6.2, 4L60E, 4.10 gears.

Two questions; ideas.

I have a remote trans cooler, should I route I through the factory cooler (in rad) or just leave it stand alone?

Also, did I make a mistake using this converter?

If that's a 9.5" converter i wouldn't tow with it. You'll probably burn up your trans
