Default No 3rd and 4th feels like 2nd, what did i break?

Well my tranny started acting up last week. It feels like 3rd is not there at all, revs like in nuetral, when it goes into 4th it feels like 2nd gear. Had to drive home at 60 mph reving at 4 grand.
Tranny fluid looks and smells perfect. I put in a trans go HD shift kit and up graded servo's in almost a year ago. But I haven't really gotten on it in the last 6 months since I haven't gotten it tuned for the turbo, just been driving around. Found a stocke tranny for cheap so gonna pull it out in the next few days. Any guesses to what's wrong?

If you have a code scanner, check for any codes (pending codes do not throw a MIL).

Mine did the same thing the other day after brake stalling it up, and it was a pending code for a speed sensor and it wouldn't let me shift up higher than 2nd.
