I've also heard of the little plastic hole fillers not getting put in correct and hitting a TC bolt.

If you really dont want to pull the trans then pull the starter and make sure the TC bolts are tight.

I'm going to have to wait till Wed to pull the starter... the shop's closed monday and tuesday... I just got off the phone with FLT and Vince thinks the same... either TC bolt or crack... I dont think its a problem with the PI converter internally.

That would **** me off if my nice expensive converter was already screwed Good luck Ben.

im wondering do i have the same problem... Mine only occurs if i brake stall or go wot from a stand still. its like a chattering sound that sound like stuff is tearing the hell up inside.

that sounds more like a converter problem...

I would say flexplate since it just happened to me.
