OBS 14 bolt with 99-04 disc? Spacer thickness?

Finally found some spacers that were 2.47" and with two washers the brackets are spaced out. Ended up finding a good deal on the escalade rotors so I went that route. The calipers are clocked in the 4:30 position, I figure thats the closest to stock.

Here's what I used for spacers.
1 Spanner Bushing Spacer Reducer 5/8" OD - 1/2" ID - 2-7/16" Long 55000-16 | eBay
