i looked at my harness and wondering a few questions

i found a black wire, a purple W/white stripe wire...i believe these two are for the neutral switch...anyone knwo for sure?

i got a paper stating about what wires on a fbody to look for and the purple is one of them

has anyone wired up the clutch pedal at all?
does anyone know the wires on the pedal?

what is ppl doing with their little plug on the black box....im going to cut into the harness and take achance on what wires are what.....

sucks its a 50/50 shot for the green wire for the reverse switch

what is everyone also doing about the round plug?

ohwell got ot be something, lol

but yea ill post up when i get it figured out. i think im going to make myself a 2 peice harness. i already have a gromlet in my floor so i was going to run a set of wires to the pedal and then have a plug hanging down in the tunnel so i can connect it to the harness so its a plug and play ordeal..there is no way im keeping that box on side of my trans.

well i ended up getting a plug off a junk Fbody harness. on our harness it has 3 thick wires, 2 light greens and a pink i believe....its a 50/50 shot which green is it...im going to go with the closer green to the pink and just mate those to the plug i got for the reverse port.

biggest downfall to any of my work is it will be some time before i run my setup...but hopefully with it in place i can atleast get the battery in a temp spot to check for my wiring

but as anything i will make sure to document it on this site so others can learn from me.

i also found out i didnt have to lenghten the VSS plug at all. was more then long enough

as for the skip shift...no need for it
for Reverse lock out...not using it either
