anyone here using the dot 5.1 brake fluid in their clutch??
is anyone running royal purple max atf in their trans? sponsor on tech says that it shortens the life of the blocker rings

Here are all the part numbers i got, i started with the Clutch pedal and then got all the matching part numbers to go with it... I these should all be off a 2003 Silverado with the Manual.

who is running the camaro slave and who is running the truck slave
here is a pic of the 2 side by side camaro slave on the left and truck slave on the right
the truck slave has a slightly stiffer spring and a dust boot and is approx. 1/4" shorter than the camaro slave but compresses about 3/8" more than the camaro one
i also have a chipped 5-6 driven counter gear as seen in the pics
can i reuse this if i clean up the sharp edges? or is it best to get a new one???
here is the magnets from a gm dealership rebuild :-\

chip on tooth doesn't look bad. I'd smooth it up and run it.
I don't think anyone has tried the truck slave cyl. I just knocked the roll pin out of where the line goes into the truck slave, remove the quick coupling from the T56 slave, install line into T56 slave.
