Yes I will keep you in mind for sure he is going to make one in about a week from Monday and I will let you know as soon as it is installed and how it works. My other truck is going to be daily driven so I want all the kinks worked out NOw

Yeah, i'll have to go to the dealership tues to see if I get some shimms and hope like hell I can get a new cruch sleeve.I have a spare 03 pcm can I have it reflashed for drive by cable an the t-56. Thanks for some damn good info guys.

The fact that your clutch engauges right off the floor is an issue with the clutch. Making an adjustable rod will only mask the problem. As the clutch starts to wear, you'll run into more issues. Gibbs, if you went with an LS7 clutch on your truck, you'll probably be back in there replacing it soon enough anyway. I assume you're well over 400rwhp and over 4500lbs. It sounds like the clutch needs to be shimmed.

ok started my swap the past couple days. what i found out is you can use a colum cover off a TB,envoy and etc to work for your cover. i used one off a TB

the pedals and the master cylinder assembly








youll see the stock rubber booty from the Fbody which will be used to help seal off the outside of cab to the inside when trans protrudes up thru the tunnel

now my question is what is ppl doing for the safety switch on the clutch pedal?

also what is ppl doing with the two plugs that came off the column. shows to be a green and a black on each plug

Absolutely awesome info. This will help out a lot.

I am truly hoping that the clutch is not the issue? There are a few other people on here that have the same issue? The pictures of the clutch I bought were posted on line and most said it was fine?
