I think the Clutch Master/line for my project is going to be difirent then the one you guys are using, that must be why I have difirent part numbers.

Since I am going to use a manual transmission from a 2003 4x4 2500HD or 3500 Truck I will use the matching Slave, Lines and Master to make sure it all works perfectly together in my 2003 Truck... The guy at the local Dealer has been really helpful with me taking time to pick out the parts I need...

I think this is why some of you have had problems with clutch engagment off the floor with the T-56, you are using a Truck Pedal, Master and Lines with a Car Slave. I think these parts work together difirently in the Cars... But, thats just a opinion based on my own neaderings. LoL I have been wrong before. :-P

I'm using an 05 truck master cyl, 01 T56 slave and an LS7 clutch and I have no issues with engagement.

Are you installing a T-56 or a truck 5 speed?

Alright, so the parts list is not necessary for a T-56 swap. Might be the same, but might be different also since the transmission is different. Got it.

Almost exactly what I used. It worked great everyday with no issues. The only complaints I had were clutch related.

You're kind of SOL when it comes to using all car components or all truck components. You have to use a truck master unless you want to fab up a McCleod adjustable or something. And when it comes to the slave, you have to use one from a car since its unique.

Started work on the truck today, HOLLY CRAP that clutch pedal install is a major PITA!!!! I hade to pull the Brake pedal out and it was still a crazy tight fit to get it into place... BUT once its in place it isn't coming back out for nothing, even if you want it too!!!!

P.S. I am taking tons of detailed pictures of the install and will give you guys a full write up when done....

What is the difference between a 1350 U-joint vs the stock U-joint I might have on my tahoe? Is the 1350 a size? or a stregth? or a type of metal?

Anyone know the U-Joint I would need to go from a Viper Output Yoke to a stock Tahoe driveshaft? Would it be some sort of coversion yoke like a 1350x1310 or something like that?
