Na it specifies the 1500's too..even the SS..never saw one with a 6spd..lol..

I think my friend got one for the 5spd truck when I stuffed a T56 in his truck.

are there any aftermarket master cylinders that work better than the factory one?

or are there any stock replacements that are better?

p.s. i already have the t-56 in and have been driving for about a year on it

Sorry, but no. Find a clutch that isn't as taxing on hydraulics.

Hey guys quick question.

this thread is an a4 to m6 swap. I need a m5 to m6 swap.

I have an 05 M5 silverado regular cab regency rst.

What year T56 swap do you recommend? a ctsv t56 or newer camaro t56 or stick to an older 98-02 camaro?

Also will my current cross member still work or no I need a different one.

What length driveshaft will I need after the swap?

Lastly anything else I need before i start buying the parts thanks!!

Since I just did this. you will want a camaro ls1 trans. put an 04 auto reluctor wheel on trans and reuse your speed sensor. reuse crossmember. auto matic driveshaft for your truck. I would also use an ls1 metal t/o bearing instead of the m5 plastic one. you can swap the fittings
