Default Officially blew up the 4l60

So my 60 decided it didn't like 1st 2nd or od yesterday leaving work! I also lost reverse. I have decided to try the 80 swap and kysilverado has a awesome writeup for it but im a little confused. I need some part numbers to try and get this on the way.
first off the trans im getting is a 34,000 mile 2wd 05 4l80 with converter and rear yoke and shift linkage, hopefully they will call me back with a dip stick and tube also.
What u joint do i need?
second is what is the pn for the vss?

There will be more questions but that is where i am now haha Thanks guys!

go to the chevy house, the Vss is the same for almost all the 80e. Except for the really early ones IIRC.

You know nonnie knows all this stuff...
