If you have the time and $$, I'd move the gas tank and run the ladder bars on the inside of the frame rails and you can run really wide tires and they won't stick out. You'll gain almost 4" of tire width.

Maybe not what your looking fro but just an Idea. Good Luck.

Tuff Country and RCD both make ladder bar setups for our trucks, they don't bolt into the front spring perch like you're looking for though. If you want a ladder bar that bolts into a stock location I'd be looking at fabbing my own or having them fabbed up (I'm not sure I trust my TIG welding skills enough to try and keep the axle under my truck with home-built ladder bars).

04BlackSilverado has a good point too....unless you run a REALLY narrow coil-over you'll actually end up being able to run less tire than you can now due to frame/tire/coil-over clearances. moving the ladder bars inboard would cure alot of hassles (you could cheat here too by swapping sides with the stock spring perches.....just box the inside of the frame, move the passenger side perch to the inside of the drivers side frame and vice versa. this would be a pretty easy mod (relatively speaking) and would allow you to run a REALLY big tire
