I thought I was good at working some *** over but seems u did a number on that rearend! I'll be in the samn boat a u soon I imagine, I have the 10 bolt with eaton and 4.11's, might have to change gears now due to goin turbo

Vacuum it out and you'll be fine.

Only OEM gears for me.

Some H2's had the 14 bolt too!!!
Curious about how much narrower the TBSS axle is than NBS truck axle? Enough to require any wheel offset changes for fitment?

So...I think you got real lucky...I'm on 10 bolt #4! Here's some pix of my G80 and the yoke it broke when it grenaded - took the tranny with it!!! Next few were bad installs but I had a whine that gave me warning at least...one had a cracked pinion the whole length, the other wasnt broke in prop - looks like that might be what happened to you frankly. The current was set up nice - its an ART, but I'll be going to the 14 bolt next spring (07 Avv & Hummer version). They're 3/4" wider, but who gonna notice that!

Wow You do Nice work!!!

His gears sheared because of all the Power from the TVS2300 and he finally put slicks on it. There is a reason why GM upgraded to the 14 bolt when they finally built the performance 2WD plate forum in 05.
