Default ovr drive

My truck isn't shifting to ovr drive when I'm on the highway and idk why evrythin seems to work perfectly fine any suggestions on what to ck

it doesnt shift into 4th? or is the converter not locking?

How can you tell if the converter is locking? It is a slight drop in RPM, like 50ish RPM? When my truck is cold it will go a few miles on the highway till warm, then the RPM's will drop very slightly.

Doesn't shift to 4th, bcs rpm around 70 should be at 2k n its goin up to 2500rpm
