just put a new transmission and torque converter in my truck and now i have this code. it wont even lockup manually with HPT. what should i look at? change the torque converter lockup solenoid? take resistance readings on the wires going to the solenoid?

I would contact your transmission builder. Probally gonna need a TCC solenoid

You got a warranty with the new tranny, right? Take it back and get the problem fixed. Why should you do all the work.
