Yep i plan on it.. I have allready moved it up, it is sitting at 3-4* pointing down.

Holy ****, Ferocity02! That's the worst pinion angle I've ever seen!

I usually order my steel shims from WFO Concepts or DIY4X. On my lifted truck with a shackle flip I used 8* shims for a few thousand miles with no issues.

I ordered my 6* shims from ebay (Summit was seller) and received them 2 days later.

BlackGMC, I've been following all the stuff you are doing and i have a newb question.. Will swapping in the 4L80e cause all these problems or are you getting your problems because your lowered?

My truck was completely stock ride height and I had the same problem...Lowering my truck actually helped my problem.

i threw some 8* shims away about a month back that i would have given you. could had them machined down to 6* for you. why does it seem like as soon as you throw something away you end up needing it. every time!
