Default Passenger Side Squeak

So i have had my truck lowered with coils in the front and shackles/hangers in the back. Have had an alignment and rotate the tires every 3000 miles. I am now having some strange squeak in the front driver side. Checked my ball joints and they seem to be fine, but when i am going over 20mph it seems to squeak then a very small jerk in the steering wheel when i turn to the left. Like switching lanes or going around a wide turn on the highway, and it is driving me insane. Any ideas of what the heck is going on?

the jerk in the wheel would have me worried. i would check inner/outer tie rod ends. crawl under and start putting grease in all the zerk fittings you can find

ya i have already done that today and it is still doing this annoying squeak. The jerk feels like it happens when the squeaking stops so i dont know if it is my powersteering ore my suspension.
