patc 4l80 conversion output shaft.....dont do itt

Default patc 4l80 conversion output shaft.....dont do itt
Seeing where i couldnt find much info on this when i bought it. This is what a patc 27 spline 80e output shaft did on my first good boost launch. Broke in two places and took out my trans case.

were you mating this to a 4l60, is that why you swapped to the 27 spline?

The stock 32 spline 80e output shaft is a 2000 hp part supposedly. I've yet to read about anyone breaking one.

There are several documented case of this happening. It's just a turned down re-splined OEM shaft.

Upgrade your transfer case to accept a 80e output, don't downgrade the 80e output to fit the transfer case.
