I have ran my pb lvl2 pretty hard the past 2 years, I have alot of confidence in them. I broke one right away due to an improperly installed torque converter (watch your friends when they help you work on your ****) and they took care of everything. They had my trans picked up and back to me in 9 days. Their warranty covers shipping as long as it is not due to something stupid like low fluid, improper install etc... Anything that breaks otherwise they cover 100% including shipping. I am super happy with my level 2, and wish people who do not run one, but continue to bash them with no experience would save their 2 cents for themselves.

They won't cover my shiiping. Thats like $250 out of pocket.
I heven't had time to box up the trans so I haven't sent it out, it will go out most likely on Monday.
