Default Power Loss

So the shop i get everything done at installed my performabuilt tranny an i ended up going with performabuilts stall cause there was lots of material in the pan from the stock trans. Everything was great till i got dyno an saw the 53hp & 30trq loss. It was real humid that day an i did the pull on a mustang dyno plus the stall is bigger, circle d was a 9&1/4 a the performabuilt is 10& 1/2. Throwin no codes dont hear any abnormal sounds truck is deff slower tho just wondering what could have caused this.

both were 3200. The first dyno back with the original setup had a much steadier power curve, this last pull with the new tranny an stall sucked. Dont have a print out but from what i remember around 53-5400rpm it stopped makin power an fell off close to 6k. The tunner said that it looked like one of my injectors on the left bank may be going bad
