Default Power Steering..

Anyone happen to know the full system fluid capacity of the power steering, including the reservoir, and the recommended type of power steering fluid if there is any

I'm gonna flush my power steering system soon, and this info would be helpful if someone has it, also i may run Royal Purples power steering fluid, has anyone used it before?
