the bars length should be based on the wheelbase of the vehicle. I'm guessing for a Reg cab truck they'd be about 21-22" long. Are all the bars double adjustable? ideally they should be to dial in pinion angle and to fine tune instant center.... just things I see. really good looking setup!!

Yes, bars themselves are 22" long 1 1/4" heavy wall tube., heim on each end. I even plug welded in addition to full weld on the inserts. I used a 4 link calculator to set it up and will fine tune it later.
