Qa1 coilovers ?

Qa1 coilovers ?
Any one have a coilover set up on the front of a nbs ? can this been done ? I would like to get the best suspension set up i can get with out bags or removing leafs , Something under 3 grand for parts . Any ideas on any of this ?
