Idk way kinda dunk it was. But starting out it feels sluggish. But if ur driven around and punch then it'll come alive. I think a tranni tune would help with the Fti converter cause I really dnt want to drop tranni n put the stock converter in. It seems to be shifting randomly.

wow. ya idk what kinda dyno it was. but it seems to now wana get outa its way in first gear. on the highway it moves good. im just pissed cause i feel like i got screwed paying 580 for a tune and not getting what i want from it and them saying its cause the converter i got from FTI is the problem. I asked for a 2800 cause thats what i was told to get. so im at a lost. what should i do bring it back have them play with the tranni or something or what

Talked to them its a dynojet. Im thinking about having them retune it for 93 Octain and leave it at that. They didnt change the tire size so the shift points could be kinda off, and they also didnt flash the tranni for nothing.

I'd say eat the money you payed for the tune and find a diff. tuner, second i have a 5.3 with a tsp 220 and a p.i. 2800 verter and mine put down on a dyno jet 296hp 312 tq and its on 33's fyi but then again it's just dyno numbers but yours is exceptionally low. You shouldnt be feeling a lag like there is still a ton of tourqe management left in the tune. Good luck

Tuning for a car is quite different than tuning for a truck. esp a 2500. I would give Justin from Blackbaer a call and see what he recommends.
