After I do a gear swap from 3.42s to 4.10s will my tune act different?

You'll be fine till you can get the shift points and speedo settings changed.

Lots of shift details feed from that gear info, so i wouldnt beat on it, but you'll be fine to run around till it gets changed. Just my 2 cents.

what tim said , try to drive it like a grandma untill youget the tune set up for your new gears , youll probably get ABS light on and a few more codes ...
