Question about decranking torsion bars
Got the stock keys back in and adjusted almost all the way down. Looks like the LCA is riding pretty firmly on the bumpstop. I like the ride height, so I don't want to trim the bumpstop if I don't have to. My question is....is this bad? Is it necessary to trim the bumpstop? Here's a pic.

yes, this is what I did in this situation
First off they come out fairly easy, so cut it so it just barely touches the LCA. After you get it to perfect height double check fender measurements on both sides to make sure your still at the same ride height, incase they were preventing some drop. Then take a drill and 1/4" bit and drill six holes horizontally in the rubber around the circle evenly spaced. Say about 1/2" upwards, this will give the rubber it compression back since being shorter it will be more stiff, and this will keep the ride more factory like.
