question about shift kit

ya i was looking up some transgo shift kits and is this the one that most people buy

ive seen 2 in 2 different packadges, this one and then the one on speed-eng website, whats the difference in the 2? and also which one is better or is there no difference? thx fellas

That is the one you need. The HD2 (which is that one) is the professional kit and doesn't come with the installation video. It does come with very detailed instructions and that is the one I have installed. That is where most people buy theirs too. While you are there, get the transgo seperator plate and an aluminum 1-2 acculator piston.

also one last question, i got 80,000+ miles on the tranny, would the shift kit and TB TC and vette servo be good to put in the tranny since it has a lot of miles on it?
