The steering is tight, pretty sure the problem is not in the front end. Rear diff was open, now has a truetrac. The swaying started well after the tt was installed, made sure both wheels are getting power by leaving a nice set of twin stripes on the road

Is it swaying with your street tires, or your track tires? Or both sets? Are the track tires radial or bias?

I'd like to see a printout of the wheel alignment if you can post it up. That could show a problem if there is one with steering/suspension geometry. There's other things to check also, like set-back, worn parts, cracked leafs, etc.

Only street tires, no track tires yet.

It is possible that the rear end is not centered in the rear and your fighting it under load. You would have to separate the leafs from the axle and check the pins.

Do you know the history on the vehicle? I.e. if it was ever wrecked or possibly abused in the past???

Carfax showed one owner in San Antonio since New, also listed as a new vehicle trade in. Serviced and state inspected from same selling dealer since new.

You have a chance to get it on the alignment rack yet?
