Is it swaying with your street tires, or your track tires? Or both sets? Are the track tires radial or bias?
I'd like to see a printout of the wheel alignment if you can post it up. That could show a problem if there is one with steering/suspension geometry. There's other things to check also, like set-back, worn parts, cracked leafs, etc.

It is possible that the rear end is not centered in the rear and your fighting it under load. You would have to separate the leafs from the axle and check the pins.
Do you know the history on the vehicle? I.e. if it was ever wrecked or possibly abused in the past???
