ok bud i know EXACTLY what it is and its a $20 fix. there is a crossmember that connects your lower a-arms. one side of the cross member is slotted for god knows what reason. GM's fix for this is take off the crossmemeber, grind off the anti-corrision crap they put on it, slap some anti-seize on it, put 4 washers on ONLY the right side, and torque it to 100 ft/lbs. its really easy and only takes about an hour. good luck
