rear axle fitment questions?
I have a 2005 silverado 2wd 6 lug ten bolt axle which has now been welded on.I am looking to purchase a used axle to fit my truck. I have a gmc sierra extended cab 2wd 6 lug ten
bolt I am looking to purchase. The owner measured the width between lead spring pirches to be 51 inches outside to outside. That what mine measured also. Other than swapping brakes ,will everything else work? Such as bump stop plates , shock mounts, etc? Anything that might cause this swap to not work? I have been fighting axle problems for over a year now, just not looking to have another. Any help is deeply appreciated . Thx Matthew, you can call or text also 8505446063
