Default Rear Axle Question

I have a bearing making a noise in the rear end.. Its the driverside inside bearing(beside the chunk). If I replace 1 bearing should i go ahead a replace all the bearings in the rear end? or just that driverside bearings and seals??
One more Question, for everyday driving, should i get the Eaton Locker? my friend got one in his 96 Z71 and he said that it is very quiet and locks quicker than the G80. i think he payed $380ish? for it.

I accdentially posted this in the dodge forum, woops..

I'd at least replace all the bearings and seals on the driver side. Probably should do both sides. I would get the Eaton locker, the G80 isn't that good.

Yea i just ordered all the bearings and seals in the rear, except the Pinion. and my friend has talked me into the Eaton Locker, he loves his in his Z71. So during christmas we are goin to tear into the rear and see what we can do... and if i can get enough money, i might go ahead with 4.11's? but i think thats goin to be overkill right now so i might wait??
Thanks!
