Default Rear brakes swapped, now WTF is this noise?

I swapped out to the SUV dual piston rears to match my 13" fronts, now I have an intermittent noise. It only happens as I turn to the right, and I believe it is the drivers side rear. It goes away as soon as I straighten up or turn left. Here is a video. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/38631649/201...-17-46_711.mp4 Let me know if you can't get this vid.

Interesting thing is, when I first did the brakes, they were making this same noise constantly, but it went away after my first 70-0 stop when I was giving it a shakedown to see how the bias was compared to the fronts. I'm thinking there is still a bit of brake pad trimmings on the edge of the pad making this noise but wanted to see if anyone else had come across this. Thanks.

The noise is a lot less apparent than the video makes it out to be, my maxx is really good at picking up high frequencies.

What all did you change? Mine made a similar noise when I swapped rear ends and put my disks on the new rear end. It ended up being my dust shields touching the rotor in one tiny spot. It took me more than a week and taking my wheels of at least 10 times to find.

Mine does that stock, at a much quieter level. Guess I should check the dust shield...

Yep, dust shield. It's interfering with the caliper bracket. I bent it out with my fingers slightly and the noise is almost gone. I should probably mark the area the bracket is overlapping and snip it out with tin snips but don't really feel like fighting with my now broken floor jack.

I had to trim the tips off the dust shield to get the SUV calipers to fit.

I love it, doesn't take nearly as much pedal pressure to stop the truck FAST. I was worried about the rear bias a little bit, but figured I would give it a shot and see what it did. Plus the fronts look awesome when you look behind a 17" black steelie and see nothing but brake rotor.

I posted this on another thread a day or so ago.

I just did the swap with new rotors and ceramic pads all the way around on my SBSC and it works excellent. Fronts start to lock slightly before the rears and of course the ABS unit takes it from there.
I will add, that it does this in both dry and wet conditions. I've jumped on the binders multiple times now to get a feel for it and it is totally predictable.
