Rear Coilovers placement

Rear Coilovers placement
I'm toying with the idea of ditching the leaf springs on the back and doing a coilover setup with a 4 link and a Watts link with sway bar on the back. my question is: where to put the coilovers?
I'm gonna get the adjustable tabs to mount the coilovers on so I can adjust the ride hight for load and track days down the road. Anyone have any input on this. I know a couple of you guys have done coilovers on the back. I dont wanna put them in a funky location and then not like it and stop driving the truck.

From: Here and sometimes there too.
You can put them either in front or behind the rear end. Most people put them behind the rear axle but I have mine in front due to fitment issues with my fuel cell.
Also place them inboard of the bars if you can.

What spring rate did you guys go with on your coilovers?
Pro Tour Hoe: I like your setup. Looks good.
Spoolin: I've see pics of your setup and would like to do something like that but I dont wanna move my gas tank. I still do the occasional towing with my truck and need my towing package.
After laying under the truck and imagining the parts in place and the only place I have to put them is in front of the axle.
is there a ride difference on the angle of the coilovers? Say I put them vertical in front of the axle v.s. at a slight angle in front of the axle.
