Just take the 3/8" extension, and wedge a flat head screwdriver in there to take up the slack and you should be able to get it to pop. I've had to do that before on a motorcycle.

I ended up using the flat head screwdriver to get the bolt out. Changed the front/rear diff fluid as well as flushed the brake system and bled that all off. The brakes feel much better with fresh fluid. The brake fluid had 60k on it.
