no response yet but i switched em around yesterday... makes a big difference.... wrks way better rod up..

Of course they do, that's how they're supposed to go (twintube design).

Did you drove a lot of mails with them up side down? I think I read somewhere they could be toasted in as little as 5k miles.

Monotube shocks can be run any direction, twin tubes should only be mounted in the direction they were designed (most are rod up). FYI that FAQ that was posted was written by the retailer who's web site it's on, not Rancho.
