Rearend noise?

I just changed it about 3000 miles ago to try to fix it. I am going to change my gears sometime soon. Should I look at getting a Detroit locker?

All that's happening is the clutch packs are grabbing eachother (like they do when you lay down a 2 lined patch) at slow speeds around a turn. I would just drain it all, add a bottle or two of ford additive and then add the 3 bottles of gm differential oil(80W-90 non synthetic). you should be good from there.
