Default Rearend out of alignment

I lowered my ext cab Max with hangers and shackles. Took it to the alignment shop and he called and said my rearend was out of alignment. He asked if it had ever been wrecked and it hasnt been.(I bought it new.) The pins are in the leafs and he said the drivers side is about 3/4 of an inch too far back. Any suggestions on what to do? He told me it would dog track down the road if he just aligned the front. Is this true? What can I do to fix this?

I am thinking about putting my factory hangers back on to check if that helps. I hate to do that though. Crazy amount of work. The shackles are new and the pins are not broke. Maybe am going to get a second opinion

i would take it to a frame/collision shop and have them put it on their machine to see how much its really off and then if it is, have them straighten it.

If one side is good and the other is out of spec, the rear end housing is bent. If they're both out of spec (one side forward and the other side back), then the housing is shifted. It's not common for the housing to be bent, but it does happen. I just read about someone having a bent rear not too long ago...
