Default Reasonable price for 14 bolt?

Starting to look for a 14 bolt to replace my 10 bolt on my project truck. I'm shooting for around 800 hp to start and walking up to 1200 ish with a 408/s488. What can I expect to pay for a full floating 14 bolt rear end? I've seen some from 300-900+. Is there a certain yr I need to be looking for to bolt up to my 2005?

Thanks

Save your money and just go straight to a 9". For what you are trying to do, the 14 bolt is going backwards.

No ****, I bought my Yukon for $3700. That 9 inch would double it's value.

I paid 600 bucks for mine off of a 05 SS with 60k miles although thats a SF not a FF. There's quite a bit of people running one on here making decent power.

Nothing wrong with going 14B if the budgets not there for a built 9in like in my case as well.
