man, i wish i had one tonight. i was leaving the car meet following an old convertible Le Mans & was just messin with him here & there. we get to a light & he just lays into it & gets sideways. we get to the next light & i downshift up to the line - we exchange a few good revs & thumbsups. then i get the green & lay into mine a little. the right rear made some sweet music while the left... well... just pushed me forward

got a 128.000 miles on my 03 ext cab silverado 3.42 and a 5.3. went to change th gears to 3.73 last weekend and the spider gears are about to be completely toothless. put the cover back on and ordered a truetrac since that seems to be what everybody wants. i see they have no clutches inside of them ? is there any certain details or specifics when installing the new unit that someone should know about ? and is this unit the one that if a tire slips or comes off the ground (why that would happen is beyond me) ya tap the break to transfer the power or lock the rear in to keep movin ?
