Right now I'm on 100% original stock suspension, and there is a LOT of play going on in the rear on a launch. I want something good all around, street and strip.

I plan on buying some cal-tracs here within the week as well. A buddy sayed I squat bad and bounce on shifts, yet no wheel hop. I am in the process of changing cams and adding a Circle D 3200, so its probably going to get worse lol

Bilstein HDs or KYB Monomax IMO. I've had both.

i LOVE my bilsteins. although i don't know if they are more for lifted application, i've got the 5160 reservoir shocks on mine. but they're basically the same as the 5100's that are non resi just not as much bling lol. i'm also lifted 6" so. i don't see why the 5100's wouldn't work just as good for your truck as they make them for stock suspension height.
