Reduced brake power???

Default Reduced brake power???

I just got done putting the convereter, and LT's with off road y. I unhooked the back 02's now when I started it it says "reduced brake power" what does that mean??

I just found that the booster vaccum hose was unplugged. Will having the rear 02's unplugged hurt anything till I get the Nelson tune??
