Default Relocate shocks

I have searched this but can't find pics other than rear coil over pics. Who relocated the rear shocks to go behind the axle? I hate that front facing shock that doesn't work and has no real travel!

Any pics or suggestions? I might tackle this tonight with my notch as well but would like to see pics!

I am in the middle of this project myself. basically do it the same as a coilover relocate, but put a shock in there. my rear suspension project should be done this weekend, then i get to start on my new fuel setup. i will get some pictures for you.

but basically, just get a QA1 shock relocator kit, then buy a piece of mild steel pipe to weld between the frame rails in the back with some shock tabs on them. put the angle you want your shocks to have and weld it all down.

Also going to tackle this tonight and i should have pics up tomorrow! So look forward to it! Does anyone have any pics they can throw out right now so i can get some ideas?

this is how just about everyone does it. weld the brackets down that are in the link above, get some pipe and weld between the frame rails and use that as your upper mount.
