Tucked! Looks better and you can go lower.

Only time I would want them to stick out past the fenders is if I had a big lift and some big wheels/tires.

its all personal opinion. its not like there going to be on there all the time. and with mine i could run a 4 in. drop in the rear no problems.

Agree.

1. Less rubber thrown up on the sides of the paint.
2. More aerodynamic
3. Looks better...
