Default Road Ripper from Certified Tranny

My new 4L80e blew up this weekend while hunting in Nebraska. I know a local guy who said my builder in Colorado screwed it up. Called some local sponsors but everyone is 4 weeks out on a rebuild so my local guy suggested a road ripper 2000 from certified. 3 year, 50k warranty with many upgraded parts. Anyone ever used one of these? Thanks they can turn around in the limited time frame I have. Thanks

Seems like most people who end up going with local guys still end up breaking. If i was going to buy a tranny i would call Gill. I have spoken to him before and he is a great guy.

Certified is not a local outfit but a national chain. Just interesting that they are not reviewed more extensively on the forums.
