Second rear end in about 6 months.

Im going to give it a couple weeks regardless because its to dang cold out to do much. But last time I left the shop sliding sideways and they only lasted 6 months =P
So I got my alignment done again and the spec sheet looks good. But I am still having a vibration issue between 40-45 somtimes up to 50. Its not the tires because they are brand new and just got balanced. I had the same issues with the older tires on and thats why I got new ones -_-. Its not the alignment all the lug nuts are tight its not the rotors not the rear end lol. I dont really know what else it could be. The trans shifter does vibrate alot when in gear and its been doing thisfor a long time thought it started after the new wheels and tires but I also removed the rear block and decranked the torsions at the same time. So maybe it has somthing to do with that.
Maybe drive shaft?
Pinion angle?
wheel bearing?
Also Amazon is the shiz!

They all look perfect not even any curb rash... yet. I asked the shop if the wheels looked good to them and they said yes. Theres hardly even any weight on them for balancing. It feels exactly the same as with the other tires that I tried everything even bead balancing.

Also I was under it today installing the new rear shocks and forcfully grabbed and tried to shake the t case and trans nothing seemed loose but I didnt actually look at the mounts.

BFG Ko's are always known for having excessive road force. It doesnt matter if they balance fine because the high road force will still make them vibrate. It's a likely cause to your issue.

Well they have a 45day satisfaction warranty and the shop I had them installed at (Bargain barn tire) gives free balancing and rotating for the life of the tires. Next week I'm going in to get a resonator added to my exhaust so I wil have them try again.

Rear shocks were completely shot but I just replaced them today (havent driven yet). Fronts are probably no better but I just ordered some of Atomics brackets so they wont get replaced until I get all my coilover swap parts in.

Shop set them to 32 and they sure seem to ride better then the old tires that were set to about the same. Difference over rail road tracks is amazing can't wait to feel it after the shocks and coilovers.
Also ordered the off road design ladder bar. after measuring today the 55in should be perfect
