Default Servo Install Clearence

Got a vette servo and a sonnax 4th gear servo. Will the servo assembly have enough clearence to come out without dropping down the tail of the transmision? I did it on my 96 but my 06 seems to have a lot less room under there.

Ive searched and read allot but no one mentions clearence problems with installation.

Thanks for the help

I don't think anyone has mentioned clearance problems because nobody has had them...

I've done a couple on my 03 without dropping the tailshaft. Had to bend over a seam a little to get it out and back in.

Did them on my 06 CC with no clearance issues.

I installed one in my 05 last night...took about an hour and was a little tricky but just enough room to do it...the bigest problem I had was the seal around the second apply piston didn't want to stay on...just be sure everything is right..

I did it with no problems. There was enough clearance.
