Servo Install Problems
I installed the vette servo and a billet 4th servo on my pick-up this morning. I also have the hd-2 shift kit waiting to be installed. I figured while I had the servos out i would put the new blue cushion spring in that comes with the shift kit. Got everything put back together so I could take it for drive before I go to work but 1-2 is not very firm, and between 2-3 it feels like it slipping/surging and i have to let off for it to shift. Thats when I'm all over it anyways. Just driving normal it seems to be ok. Any ideas for me here?

I'm not real sure on the 3-4. But between 2-3 is what worries me. Took it apart but the pen did not fall out like it did when i took the stock stuff out. Not real sure whats goin on...I'm going to take all apart again and put the vette servo in then put stock 4th servo in and see what happens

Well I pried for a little bit then i took the e-clip, washer and spring off. I'm thinking thats what happened is i cut an o-ring but i can't get that damn servo out for nothing...Luckily i've got a couple for o-rings...Why won't the pin come out though?

I guess until it comes out or you break something! Lets hope it comes out. Maybe if it wont come out when leaning on it a little try tapping on it a little to straighten it out. You could try to blow it out of there but that would reguire dropping the valve body again and a compressor. There is a check ball that is in the case in the servo area. This is where the release oil is. You could also try prying in the front of the case between the pump and valve body. If you look up into the case you can se the band and might be able pry it there as well. Good luck,Vince.
