servo problems
I just installed the vette servo, thought it went pretty easy, but now it has a wierd hesitation in the 1-2 shift and while in second with some throttle it surges like its slipping and grabbing. I drove it probably 5 miles and went easy on it first, then kicked it down and thats what happenned. I only let it happen once and drove it real easy the rest of the way home. so now im gonna goand hopefully someone will have some ideas.

Did you swap over the metal 2-3 accumulator plate, springs and snap ring? These pieces are found in the 2nd servo facing the case when installed. If you have all the pieces in there I would suspect that you have a damaged band or something else going on. Is the servo the only piece that you changed or did you install a shift kit as well? How was the 1-2 shift before hand?

the 1-2 shift was kind of "loose" before but this isn't just the shift, the shift is worse than it was and when it is in second with more than half throttle, it wont hold, slips then grabs then slips, i just took it apart again and i am going to recheck, if that doesn't work going to put stock pieces back in, if its still bad, have feeling new trans may be in order. I want a converter anyways
