You need both definetly, Oregon Performance on E-Bay. They are cheap too. I would also go 3000 on converter and with either converter you go with, I would use 1 washer in the 1-2 accum. housing. I would also drill all seperator plate holes to the larger size because of the size converter you are going with. That should give your tranny enough strength to handle 100% removal of tq management in tow/haul *** mode, and remove say 80% for normal mode. That is the setup the Wood Hauler has in his truck and is works great.
