Default shims

i am installing my L7 FLT and yank pt 3200 and need to shim my convertor.
i have a 5/16 gap between the two, i talked to dave at Yank he said to use3/16 washers, any one have a source for something like this.

go to a hardware store and bring a micrometer and find some...
